The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the proposals seeking approval to the appointments of the petitioners are forwarded by the Institution in the year 2013 and 2014, however, the same are not yet decided by the respondent - Education Officer.

In case the proposals forwarded by the Institution seeking approval to the appointments of the petitioners, are pending with the Education Office, the Education Officer concerned shall decide the same on their on merits and in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably, within a period of six months from today.

With these directions, the Writ Petitions stand disposed of no costs.
