According to the petitioner, the proposal seeking approval to his appointment is forwarded by the Management in October, 2013; however, the same is not yet decided.

We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned A.G.P., representing the State and the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4. 3.

In case the proposal dated 28th October, 2013 (Exhibit-E) is pending with the Education Officer, seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner, then the same shall be decided on its own merits and in

wp83-2017 accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within four months. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
