The learned Addl. G. P. has filed affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

It is submitted that the petitioner never remained present before the Medical Board though the petitioner is directed on number of occasions.

Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for the petitioner disputes the said fact and submits that the petitioner on number of occasions had remained present.

The petitioner shall remain present before the Medical Board viz. J.J. Hospital, Mumbai on 01.11.2021 and shall get himself examined by the Medical Board.

Further process of deciding the proposal shall be undertaken thereafter preferably within a period of one (01) month from the date of report of the Medical Board.

With these aforesaid observations, the contempt petition is disposed of.

In case, depending upon further events, liberty to the parties to take further steps.
