PER COURT :- In view of the reference answered by the Division Bench of this Court in CRA No.63 of 2017 with connected CRA's by judgment and order dated 17.10.2019 the applicants herein are permitted to convert this Civil Reivison Application into Writ Petition. In view of the above, civil application fled for seeking condonation of delay caused in fling the Civil Revision Application has become infructuous and the same is accordingly disposed off. The applicant to take necessary steps for conversion of the Civil Revision Application into the Writ Petition and offce to list the matter after completing all the formalities.
