The petitioner is praying for transfer of Regular Darkhast No.22/2010 from the Court presided over by Mr. A.D.Gondane.

The instant petition was presented in 2010 and, in all probabilities, the concerned Presiding Officer, by now, must have been transferred.

In this view of the matter, the grievance raised by the present petitioner in the instant petition does not deserve consideration. Even otherwise, the petitioner has not complied with the office objection and has provided only one set although the matter pertains to Division Bench.

The petition does not deserve consideration and, as such, same stands rejected.
