This is a Civil Application for withdrawal of the amount i.e. deposited by the original appellants i.e. Union of India Through the General Manager Central Rail.

Learned Advocate Mr. D. A. Bide, appearing for applicants has placed on record an order dated 18.07.2023 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Civil Application No.6111 of 2023 in First Appeal No.2295 of 2023 with connected matters. Pointing out clause nos.3 and 4 of the said order, he submits that in the connected matters, this Court has already allowed withdrawal of the entire deposited amount of the compensation. He also relies on another order dated
85-ca-9475-2025 25.07.2025, passed by this Court in Civil Application No.7662 of 2025 in First Appeal No.2951 of 2024, wherein similar order is passed. The relevant observations are recorded at clause nos.4 and 5 of the order dated 25.07.2025 (supra). 3.
Mr. A. G. Talhar, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India fairly agreed on the fact that the withdrawal is granted in the connected matter which are based on the same grounds as raised in the present appeal. Hence, following order: a.
Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause B, subject to filing of usual undertaking.
b.
Civil Application stands disposed of.
