The applicants in both these applications are

37 and 38-ca-2025 seeking withdrawal of balance amount of compensation alongwith the interest.

The learned counsel for the applicants relied on the order of this Court dated 19.01.2023 in other similar matters, wherein 75% of the deposited amount was allowed to be withdrawn by the applicants therein. 4.

As such, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw their further respective 25% amounts of the total compensation amounts on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The remaining amounts of 25% be invested in FDR in any nationalized bank on yearly renewal basis during the pendency of these appeals.

6.

Application stand disposed of accordingly.
