The learned Advocate appearing for the applicants would submit that, the delay has been caused on account of administrative reasons. He would take this Court through the reasons assigned in Paragraph No.3 of applications and submits that sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay. He would further submit that, enhancement of compensation under award is exponential and requires to be considered by this Court.

Mr. Patil, the learned Advocate appearing for the respondents opposes the prayer for condonation of delay.

Perusal of record would show that, applicants have already deposited the amount under award along with interest thereon. Further perusal of Paragraph No.3 of applications would show that, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay. The administrative difficulties, procedural aspects and reasons are highlighted for the condonation of delay.

Having considered the submissions advanced, the case is made out to condone the delay. Hence, the following order:
ORDER
(i) Civil Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause - 'B' .
(ii) Appeals be registered.
