Heard learned Counsel for the parties. The hearing of this application was deferred from time to time at the request of Counsel for the applicants and complainant on the ground that the parties have amicably settled the dispute and they have filed terms of compromise to that effect. However, parties are reluctant to appear before this Court.

Perusal of the allegations in the FIR shows that offence is disclosed and it needs investigation. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain this application and the same is rejected.
