By the present application, applicant is seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted in favour of non applicant Nos. 2 and 3 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ambajogai on 01/04/2014, by which the learned Judge of the Court below granted anticipatory bail in favour of non applicant Nos. 2 and 3 in connection with Crime No. 27/2014 registered with Yusufwadgaon police station for the offences punishable u/s 307,323,504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Today, learned A.P.P., upon written instructions from Mr. Bagdi, P.S.I., the Investigating Officer, submitted that Investigating Officer has already filed " B Summary " vide " B Summary " proceeding No. 28/2014 on 23/12/2014 before the Court. Statement accepted.

In that view of the matter, present Criminal Application has rendered infructuous and hence it is dismissed.

It is open for the applicant to oppose the said proceedings.
