Mr.Rodge, learned Counsel for the appellants, on instructions of afore-mentioned Officer of the appellant, who is present in the Court, informs to have instructions to withdraw these First Appeals, in view of the fact that the compensation awarded is within the limits of the four times as per the G.R. dated 03.11.2016 along with subsequent corrigendum dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018.

Mr.Bhise, learned Counsel for appearing for the respondents/claimants has no objection for the same. 4.

In view of the above, this First Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. Civil Application, if any, stands disposed of.
