The learned Senior counsel for the applicant submits that this Court has already fixed the matter for final hearing and the relief claimed in prayer clause A by the applicant can be decided at the time of final hearing. Hence requested to pass the appropriate orders.

It is seen from the record that the matter is fixed for final hearing. Hence it is not necessary to fix the matter again for final hearing as well as grant ad-interim relief as prayed for.
