The learned counsel for petitioners states that, the petitioners were issued with Tribe certificates of 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe, however, the name of the said tribe is incorrectly spelled in tribe certificates. The petitioners applied for correction.

It appears that, due to misconception, respondent No. 2 - Sub Divisional Officer has passed the impugned orders. The name of the tribe in the Tribe Certificates issued to the

6 wp 11125.17 petitioners has to be spelled correctly.

In view of the above, as tribe certificates were already issued, but with wrong spelling, the respondent No. 2 shall issue correct tribe certificates i. e. with correct spelling of 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe to the petitioners, expeditiously and preferably within fifteen days.

With these directions, the writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
