Heard Mr. Tambe, learned advocate for applicant. The applicant seeks to condone delay of 513 days caused in filing appeal. 2.

Mr. Swapnil Patunkar, learned advocate for respondent vehemently opposes the application on the ground that delay is not properly explained.

Perusal of application shows that delay has been occasioned on account of administrative reasons. Applicant has not derived any advantage by causing delay. In that view of the matter, sufficient cause is made out.

Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause(B) and disposed of. Appeal be registered.
