By this application, the Legal Representatives/ Heirs of the deceased respondent are sought to be brought on record by condoning delay of 446 days caused in filing the Civil Application. 3.

Heard learned counsel for all the sides. For the reasons stated in the application, the following order is passed :

O R D E R

(i) The delay is condoned. The Legal Representatives/ Heirs of the deceased respondent Bhanudas Irappa Khandade are permitted to be brought on record.

(ii) The amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks.
