The Petitioner seeks to challenge the appointment order of Respondent No.8 as a Jr.Clerk, who was appointed on 12.06.2018 and whose services have been approved by the Education Authority on 24.05.2019. His name is also entered in the Shalarth Pranali on 14.10.2021. This Petition is filed on 18.08.2023 seeking quashing of the appointment order of Respondent No.8, dated 12.06.2018. 2.

In writ jurisdiction, a challenge to the appointment order of another person is to be considered very seriously and the Petition has to khs/Sept.2023/11000

- 2 - be scrutinized carefully. Moreover, for the delay and laches on the part of the Petitioner, in our view, the Petition should not be entertained. 3.
