Heard both the sides. Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal, the applicants are permitted to withdraw certain amount only on the ground that the bread winner of the family met with an accidental death and the applicant original claimants were entirely depending upon the income of the deceased. The applicant no.1 for herself and on behalf of applicant nos. 2 to 5 is permitted withdraw an amount of Rupees Four Lakhs on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) and the applicant nos. 6 and 7 are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs. 25,000/- each on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
