DATE : OCTOBER 16, 2023 ORDER :- This petition has been preferred for grant of 45 days' parole to the petitioner's husband, on medical ground. The petitioner's husband has to undergo an operation.

Learned APP submits that the State has sanctioned some funds towards medical expenditure to be incurred for operation of the petitioner's husband. According to him, the petitioner has not preferred any application to the authority concerned for grant of parole or furlough.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner to have made such application by putting in the drop box.

We hereby direct the petitioner to make a fresh application to the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad, within two days. The Divisional Commissioner shall decide the application made by the petitioner, within eight days from the date of receipt of the same.

With the above directions, the petition stands disposed of.
