The applicant prays that the order of this Court dated 26/07/2017, by modified only to the extent of permitting the applicant to have the notices of the unserved respondents, to be published in Marathi Daily Sakal instead of the Daily Divya Marathi.

For the reasons set out in the application, same is allowed

as a innocuous prayer has been put forth.

Issue notice to respondent Nos. 1, 2-A, 2-C, 3 to 22, 23-A to 23-C, 24 to 27, 28-A, 28-C, 29 and 30, returnable on 24/11/2017.

By modifying the earlier order dated 07/07/2016, the applicant shall have the notices published at his own cost in Marathi Daily Sakal, Aurangabad edition and Jalna edition, at least ten days prior to the returnable date and a copy of the newspaper shall be placed on record to evidence the compliance of this order.
