DATE : 29th November, 2021 P.C.:- Heard learned counsel Shri Farooqui h/f. Shri Gaware for the applicant for some time. When this Court expressed its disinclination to grant any relief to the applicant, learned counsel Shri Farooqui, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the application. Learned counsel Shri Farooqui submits that trial may be directed to be expedited and if trial does not get concluded, applicant may be permitted to apply afresh for bail. In this view of the matter, the following order is passed:

ORDER

I) Application is disposed of as withdrawn.

II) Learned trial Court shall conclude the trial within a period of one

( 2 ) 933 ba 1274.21 year. In case trial does not get concluded within a period of one year, applicant is permitted to apply for regular bail, in that eventuality the trial Court shall consider the application on its own merits.
