The report of the learned Additional District Judge-1 Ambajogai, District Beed dated 12.01.2023 in the matter of Bail Application No. 1574/2022 (Pritam Rohidas Bansode Vs. However, it appears that the accused was produced on several dates and the learned Additional District Judge-1 examined the witnesses. In the light of these facts, the application of the applicant would not stand.
