Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pathardi, by an order dated 25th November, 2009, passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.208 of 2008, directed the petitioner to pay enhanced maintenance of Rs.1,500/- per month each to respondents no.2 & 3 - children, from the date of the application, however, rejected the maintenance claim of respondent no.1 - wife.

The petitioner preferred Criminal Revision No.218 of 2009, which came to be dismissed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar, by order dated 23rd July, 2014. As such present petition.

Perused the order directing payment of enhanced maintenance of Rs.1,500/- per month each to respondents no.2 & 3 and the basis for passing such order.

In my opinion, no interference is called for in extraordinary jurisdiction. Thus, Criminal Writ Petition fails and stands rejected. (N.W. SAMBRE, J.) amj
