It is stated that during the pendency of this writ petition, the Education Officer has removed the name of the petitioner from the list of surplus candidates and has allowed him to work in the same school and his salary is also protected. The same appears to be pursuant to the Government Resolution dated 02.07.2016.

In view of that, nothing remains for adjudication in the present writ petition. Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
