The application has been given by the petitioner for issuance of caste certificate to respondent no. 3 in August-2021. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the petitioner is issued with the caste certificate by Sub-Divsional Officer, Kannad. The Committee found that the petitioner is resident of Nanded as such did not accept the proposal for verification and directed the petitioner to obtain caste certificate from Sub-Divisional Officer Nanded. The petitioner has surrendered original

2 wp 11487.2021 caste certificate to respondent no. 2 Sub-Divisional Officer, Kannad.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all the respondents.

In case the application filed by the petitioner for issuance of caste certificate is pending with respondent no. 3, then respondent no. 3 shall take decision upon it preferably within a period of four (04) weeks. Respondent no. 3 shall consider the factum of issuance of caste certificate of the petitioner by SubDivisional Officer, Kannad. 4.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
