Petitioner was disqualified under section 10 (1-A) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1958 for non production of validity certificate within stipulated period. Term of petitioner's election is over. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. Writ Petition stands disposed off as infructuous.
