Learned counsel concur that the present miscellaneous civil application has been rendered otiose proceedings in view of the judgment delivered on 03-12-2016 in proceedings bearing Petition No. A-159/2016 of which transfer had been sought under the present miscellaneous civil application.

A copy of decision in Petition No. A-159/2016 is tendered across the bar. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification.

In view of aforesaid, present proceedings do not survive and stand disposed of as such.
