We have heard Mr Nagargoje, learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Mr Tope, learned Counsel for the university submits that the advertisement was issued inviting applications for start of the Arts Science and Commerce College at Devmrti, Taluka and District Jalna. 3.

Mr Nagargoje, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the advertisement, the petitioner had submitted the fresh proposal and the university recommended it.

In view of that, the State Government naturally is required to decide the proposal received by it on its own merits within the time schedule as stipulated under the Act.

Needless to state that the State Government would consider the proposal forwarded to it on its own merits.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
