After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State, the Court expressed disinclination to grant bail.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is ready to deposit Rs.29,00,000/- with this Court because he has a case that he has no intention to cheat the depositor. However, he has instructions that the application would deposit the amount as offered above within three (3) months. He is requesting the Court that till then, this bail application be kept pending. The Court is not agreeable to this proposal for keeping the application pending. However, the liberty is

granted to the applicant to file bail application after depositing the amount with the Trial Court. He may file a fresh bail application before this Court.

In view of the above, the bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
