The learned counsel for the applicant submits that though this is a successive bail application, he is pressing the ground of delay in the trial. Though the trial has commenced, only five witnesses have been examined and 36 more witnesses remain to be examined. This Court, vide its order dated 29.04.2025, has already considered in detail the reasons for the delay in the trial and has held that the prosecution alone cannot be blamed for such delay, as accused No. 2 is still absconding and the Court was required to issue a non-bailable warrant against accused No. 2 to secure his presence. 2.

Considering the detailed and reasoned order passed by this Court on 29.04.2025 in Bail Application No. 2280 of 2024, not only Jhs/ 1/2

953 BA NO. 1632 OF 2025 on merits but also on the ground of delay in the trial, I am not inclined to entertain the present bail application. 3.
