Learned counsel for the applicant has tendered across the bar Secondary School Certificate and School Leaving Certificate pertaining to applicant no.1. Both the documents are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. It is submitted that, the first appeal no. 345 of 2005 has been finally decided by this court on 14.12.2015. The learned counsel submits that, amount of Rupees One Lakh is deposited in the name of the present applicant in fixed deposit as at the relevant time she was minor. 2.

The learned counsel submits that, now the applicant has become major and, therefore, prayed for permission to withdraw the said amount. In view of the fact that, the applicant has become major. The application deserves to be allowed. Hence the following order.
