On 12/02/2018, none was present for the petitioner. Office objections were not removed. Consequentially, the learned Registrar (Judicial) passed an order recording that office objections were not removed even after granting sufficient chances and hence, registration was refused. By an order dated 13/09/2019, Civil Application NO.11060/2019 was allowed and the petition was registered. 2.

On 23/06/2021, we had passed following order : "Even at the second call, the learned advocate for the petitioner is not available either online or in the Court hall, in which the arrangement to address the Court via video conferencing has been made.

Even today, the learned Advocate for the petitioner is not present, either through the online mode or from the Court Hall, in which an arrangement to address the Court through video conferencing, has been made.

Be that as it may, the petitioner has put forth prayer clause (B), thereby praying for a direction to the respondents to decide his representations dated 12/09/2012 and 21/08/2016. By the said representations, a request is made to the Honourable Revenue Minister, State of Maharashtra to allot 2 Hectors of land to a religious trust.

Considering the above, we do not find that the extraordinary writ jurisdiction of this Court could be exercised under Article 226 of the Constitution. This petition is, therefore, dismissed. (S. G. MEHARE, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) sjk
