The motion is made for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 25.11.2022. It is pointed out that though the petitioner while seeking withdrawal of the Criminal PIL was seeking refund of the amount deposited by him, some incorrect order has been uploaded.

The order is indeed incorrect and shall be replaced by the following order:

The learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the criminal PIL and also requests for refund of the amount deposited by him. 5.

The Criminal Public Interest Litigation is disposed of as withdrawn. The amount deposited by the petitioner shall be refunded to him with interest accrued, if any." 6.

The motion is disposed of.
