This is an application for bringing legal heirs on record of respondent No. 1 who died on 13th November, 2020. 2.

Learned counsel Mr. Katneshwarkar was appearing for respondent No.1 and today learned counsel holding for Mr. Katneshwarkar submits that he can waive for proposed legal heirs and he has no objection to allow present application.

Accordingly civil application is allowed.

The applicants/ appellants are directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the title cause of second appeal, within a period of one week.
