Motion is made on behalf of the objection petitioners (Applicants in CA No.11086/2017) for speaking to minutes in respect of the order dated 29th August, 2017 passed in Civil Application No.11028/2017 (In FA ST. No.13123/2017) and other connected civil applications.

It is contended on behalf of the objection petitioners that while passing the order in Civil Application No. 11028/2017 and connected matters, the the objection petitioners have opposed withdrawal of amount of compensation by the applicants in Civil Application No. 11044/2017 in FA(ST) No.12600/2017. Civil application No.11044/2017 was tagged with other 1/2

902.odt civil applications which were allowed. The learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that Civil Application No.11044/2017 was wrongly tagged with Civil applications 11028/2017 and other connected civil applications.

In view of the above, Civil Application No.11044/2017 in FA(ST)No.12600/2017 be deleted from the order dated 29.08.2018. The order to stand corrected accordingly. Motion disposed of.
