Present application has been filed for bringing additional legal representative on record of the deceased respondent No.1. Respondent No.1 died on 04-08-2020 and her legal heirs 1-A and 1-B have been already brought on record, however the appellant say that there is one more legal heir i.e. 1-C who remained to be brought on record when the earlier application came to be filed. 2.

Taking into consideration the fact that the application is within limitation, no necessity to issue notice before allowing the application in respect of bringing respondent No.1-C on record. 3.

Application stands allowed in terms of prayer Clause 'B'. 4.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
