1] The learned counsel appearing for contesting respondent submits that application is moved by the petitioner in pursuance of the order 24.03.2025 passed by the Industrial Court, as such, the present Writ Petition should not be interfered.

2] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would pursue his application dated 21.04.2025 filed before the Industrial Court.

3] In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with direction to the Industrial Court, Jalna, to decide the aforesaid application, as expeditiously as
