Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that vigilance enquiry was conducted in the matter of his cousin brother - Akshay Kautik Sapkal. The petitioner is ready to adopt the reply filed by Akshay to the vigilance report and the committee may be directed to decide the proposal at the earliest.

We dispose of the petition by requesting the committee to consider petitioner's request of adopting the reply filed by Akshay to the vigilance report and directing the committee to decide the proposal as early as possible.
