ORAL ORDER :

The petitioner has secured admission to respondent No.1 Medical College as against a seat ear-marked for Scheduled Tribe Category. The petitioner apprehends adverse action at the hands of respondent No.1 College on account of his failure to submit validation certificate.

In the facts of this case, this petition can be disposed

Writ Petition No.9448/2015 of by issuing directions to respondent No.4 Committee to take decision on the tribe certificate validation claim pertaining to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from today and it is accordingly directed. 3.

In the meanwhile, the respondent No.1 shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner on the ground of invalidation of his caste claim. The petitioner also shall be permitted to appear for the examination.
