Learned AGP, on instructions from the Ms. Vrushali Dhondge (Law Coordinator, Scrutiny Committee) who is present in the Court, submits that the Committee could not decide the case of the petitioner within stipulated time as there were so many matters of students pending before the Committee. He submits that the Committee will decide the claim of the petitioner within three weeks from today. The said statement is taken as undertaking to this Court.
