Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he has been served with a copy of the vigilance report and is ready to file reply to it, by tomorrow and the committee be directed to decide the proposal on or before 09-09-2024.

Writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to appear before the committee tomorrow i.e. 03-09-2024.
