Heard.

We are not convinced with the reasons given for cancellation of non bailable warrant. Now, also the applicant has not given complete address, where she is residing, with whom she is residing and she had not informed about change of her address to this Court. She is 66 years old, which cannot be said to be very old age and, therefore, we do not find any merit in the application. Therefore, Criminal Application No.3069 of 2023

Cri.Appeal_299_2016 stands rejected.

By the order of this Court dated 21.07.2023 non bailable warrant was issued against applicant. It is said that it is awaited. Registrar (Judicial) to look into the matter and get the compliance report from the concerned Court.
