Heard both the sides.

The learned counsel for the Applicant / acquiring body submits that old division of the Appellant has been closed after the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court and the entire files came to be transferred to the new division and as such, delay has been occurred in preferring the appeals.

The learned counsel for Respondents / original Claimants submits that the Applicant has not explained the delay satisfactorily.

Civil applications for condonation of delay are allowed and accordingly disposed of. In appeals, heard. Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 15th June, 2017. The learned counsel appearing for Respondents / Claimants and the learned AGP for Respondents / State and SLAO waive the service of notice for the respective Respondents.
