Learned counsel Mr. Chaudhari submits that the petitioner is a poor person and he cannot afford to file separate proceeding by going to Mumbai. He requests for sending the matter to the Principal Seat and he requests to see that Legal Aid is given to the petitioner. In view of this submission and as this Court has no territorial jurisdiction over Nashik jail, the Registrar (Judicial) is to see that the matter is deleted from the record of this Court and send it to the Principal Seat. He is also to request the Legal Aid office at Principal Seat that somebody is appointed to represent the prisoner at Principal Seat.
