The Petitioner has put forth prayer clause (B) as under:- "[B] By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, the Respondent No.4/Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Beed may kindly be directed to decide the pending proposal dated 28/02/2023 (01/03/2023) submitted by the Respondent / School Management for seeking approval to the transfer of petitioner from Nonaided Secondary section to aided Primary section post by granting approval in favour of the petitioner."
