By the present application, the applicants seek their release on bail, in the event of arrest, in connection with C.R. No.63 of 2015, registered with Hatta Police Station, Hatta, Taluka Aundha (N), District Hingoli, for offences punishable under sections 306, 498-A, 323 read with sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perusal of the papers depicts that initially police had registered an accidental death on 14th May, 2015, in the matter of death of Mukta. The said accidental death was registered pursuant to the statement given by Jagannath Madhav Khandare, real brother of deceased Mukta. Subsequent thereto, on 16th August, 2015, the applicants are charged with the offence of abetment to suicide committed by deceased Mukta. 3.

Having perused the investigation papers and having heard the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, who opposed the grant of pre-arrest bail, it is noted that deceased Mukta has expired after more than ten years of

Looking to the nature of allegations made in the first information report and the investigation papers, it will be appropriate to grant bail to the applicants, in the event of their arrest. I, therefore, pass following order :- In the event of arrest of the applicants, in connection with C.R. No.63 of 2015, registered with Hatta Police Station, Hatta, Taluka Aundha (N), District Hingoli, for offences punishable under sections 306, 498-A, 323 read with sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, they be released on bail, on each of them furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

The applicants shall attend the concerned police station initially for three days, between 10.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer.
