Mr. Kagane, the learned A. G. P. states that, he has received instructions from the Respondent No. 2 / Committee that the caste claim of the petitioner is invalidated by the Respondent No. 2 / Committee. 2.

Mr. Koralkar, the learned counsel submits that, the petitioner would take steps against the said order, protection of two weeks be granted.

The writ petition as such is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to assail the order of invalidation of his caste claim in accordance with law. For a period of two weeks from today the petitioner should not be terminated from service only on the ground of invalidation of caste claim, if, the petitioner is not already terminated. The protection granted by this Court shall come to end on lapse of two weeks.
