12.09.2018 P.C. :- This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the scrutiny committee-respondent no.2 herein to take decision on the tribe certificate validation proposal of the petitioner pending with the committee as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of October 2018 and it is accordingly directed.

The respondent no.3-college shall accept the examination form of the petitioner together with the late fees and forward the same to the University. The petitioner shall be permitted to appear for the examination subject to decision in respect of the tribe certificate validation claim of the petitioner by the scrutiny committee.

With directions as above writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner shall appear before the scrutiny committee on 24.09.2018 and as such no separate notice requiring her presence before the committee is necessary.
