PER COURT :- 1) Heard. Counsel for petitioner submits that proposal dated 1st September, 2013 filed by the petitioner - Minority institution for providing financial assistance for construction of Girls' Hostel has not yet been decided by the respondent. The counsel further submits that the said proposal is duly received by the respondent but the respondent neither provided any financial aid nor decided the said proposal.

2) We direct the respondent to decide the proposal submitted by the petitioner for construction of Girls Hostel on its own merits and in accordance with the Government Policy/norms, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of four months from today.

3) The petition is disposed of accordingly.
