By the present application under section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the applicants seek their enlargement on bail, in connection with C.R. No.63 of 2015, registered with Hatta Police Station, Hatta, Taluka Aundha (N), District Hingoli, for offences punishable under sections 306, 498-A, 323 read with sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The applicants submit that they were arrested on 17th August, 2015 and in view of no objection, on the same day were remanded to magisterial custody and since then they are behind bars. 4.

Looking to the nature of accusation and particularly, in the background of registration of offence under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, the age of the applicants and the fact that the applicant no.2 is a woman, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to order their release on bail. I,

criap5012.15 (2) therefore, pass following order :- The applicants be released on bail, in connection with C.R. No.63 of 2015, registered with Hatta Police Station, Hatta, Taluka Aundha (N), District Hingoli, for offences punishable under sections 306, 498-A, 323 read with sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on each of them furnishing P.R.
