The applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 1419 days, which appears to be caused due to fnancial crisis of the applicant. 3.
The learned AGP strongly opposed the application on the ground that there is not only delay in fling frst appeal but there is also huge delay in taking circulation of about 7 years. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the circulation delay mainly caused as in the group of appeals this particular matter was inadvertently left out.

However, the aspect of stoppage of interest for the aforesaid circulation delay of 7 years will be considered at the time of fnal disposal of the appeal.

At present, the delay of 1419 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the
